Last year I wrote, "Great bargains and rewards - what's not to love? Oh and free gift wrapping 😁🤗" Today, 6/14/21, I would like to brag on the staff - particularly Dianna whose name tag said Customer Experience Manager. I started off by saying, I don't think you can help me but I have to ask. If you can't, I'll simply donate the item. I brought a purchase back without the box or sales receipt. Dianna went above and beyond to help me out. She found the same item on their shelf, recorded the lot/style number, entered it in on the sales register and presented me with a gift card in the full amount!!! I couldn't believe it. Now that's Customer Service! Thank you so much Dianna - it's just one more thing to love about Bealls!!

I love shopping at bealls. Ever since I move down here they have the best deals. Every Tuesday is senior day 15percent off everything. Prices always 40 to 50 percent off . Coupons on top of that. The employees are sweet...

My wife loves to shop here because she always finds the best prices on the type of clothing she likes. I have even been able to find great deals on clothes for myself at times. We always tell people when they are having a good sale on. We highly recommend this store.

Very clean store, restrooms very clean employees very friendly and very helpful. Great deals in the shoe department. That's what I went there for today. I bought a pair for myself and my wife got a pair for herself. I am impressed with the organization of the merchandise. Shoes at least half off: Fila,Skechers,Nike,U. S.Polo, ect.ect.ect. I found awesome deals. Yes I will be back returning to Bealls in - Lakeland ,Florida. Very soon.

Great selection of clothes for men and women. Shoes, home goods, decorations, etc. Cashier was very friendly. Had a good selection of clearance clothing items. Wish they had more sales or coupons like other stores (JCP or Kohl's). Rewards program could offer more than $5 off next visit

The most fancy bealls I have ever been to that is affordable and low traffic. They have a little of everything, and Joanna next door. I have no idea this store could be this clean and affordable. Will come back

This Bealls is a beautiful store. They offer Columbia, simply southern and lots of other cool items. Workers were helpful. The store is well maintained. The location is convenient. Great parking. The prices are not bad.
